YR MART MOBILE REPAIRS

My battery on Samsung phone got swollen after screen replacement, and the guy didn't took responsible but instead asking to buy a new phone from him, because he can't fix it.The phone just stop working after a couple of day, due to the battery almost exploded.But I got it fix from somewhere else.Will never come here again. Bad experience.

Took my phone here today to get the screen replaced for an emergency repair. It was a Sunday and the store was open & Yousef replaced my screen while I waited, which only took 20mins. Very good price annd very fast & friendly service. He also sorted me out with a screen protector too! Thank you!

Yusef was extremely helpful and reasonably priced. I went into his shop today with two iPhones that needed urgent fixing - one had fallen on concrete and the entire front was smashed, the other had a broken screen. Yusef fixed both in a timely manner and was very pleasant to deal with. He went through what he had done and we tested the phones together to make sure everything was working before I left the store. I will definitely go back if I have any other mobile phone issues. Highly recommended.

Yusuf was very helpful. I called in, he said come in any time, he fixed my iPhone screen while I waited and did a great job, very friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

YR mart mobile repairs got my phone screen repaired and I was first happy about it. But 3 weeks later, my camera stopped working. It was all black. I came back to this shop but it was closed due to holidays so I went to another place. I thought I might tell them about the screen replacement as it could have been related. The guy confirmed; when he opened my phone to double check, he was surprised to see it was very messy; the glue used to close the phone was a bad one, and some screws were missing or in the wrong place... When we checked the camera, we could see straight away that it was damaged so the guy at YR Mart Mobile repairs damaged the camera during the screen replacement. I changed and paid for my new camera and thought I might come back to YR Mart Mobile repairs to tell them about it and nicely ask them a commercial gesture to refund me the cost of the camera replacement. The guy refused straight away and denied everything, accusing me of lying to him. I insisted a bit and he got aggressive towards me. When I said that I will put a bad review on google, he even told me he will bring me to court. I am still shocked! Like, can't we express ourselves and share our experience anymore? How ridiculous. Reviews are here for that. On top of being unprofessional, this is the worst customer service ever. Please avoid this place.

Amazing, the shop owner Yusuf (hope I spelled it right) is extremely helpful and really friendly and does a good job putting on screen protectors, made sure to clean and made sure there were no bubbles, all was reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. 10/10

Yusuf is very professional and always helpful and has all products we need for phones computers etc. if it isn’t in stock he will always order it in for you.Great serviceWendy
