Nearly an hour to get a simple script made that takes others mins, when question. Said the beeper might of ran out of battery but clearly had lights on it, and was sitting at bottom. Line to get out was quite long with only 1 operator going at the time.Give this place a miss find another one.

Been here multiple times, always great customer service, plenty of reasonably priced goods and discounts a plenty. Caters for all the family, knowledgeable staff on hand, points you in the right direction or offers up viable alternatives. Large stock, easy to move around aisles and easy access to check-outs, friendly greeting and have a nice day when exiting. Thank you for a wonderful experience people.

Majority of staff are rude and unhelpful; a few are decent though. Young lady that is usually in perfume section is incredibly helpful and pleasant.Always opens later than other stores. 8:30am today (Thursday) when the other nearby Chemist Warehouses are 8am. Even staff members are outside waiting for store to openOverpriced products, especially the perfumes. When they have the discount sales they are only matching normal perfume prices.Dishonest medicine practices; ask for generic get full priced version when drug not on PBS. One of my scripts was special authority for two boxes, and they always tried charging for both, when every other chemist understood it was a single script and charge single script price accordingly.Always very long wait times compared to other chemists. I have ceased getting my scripts filled here.

Yes it has all that you expect from a chemist. But firstly they had atleast 4 chemist sorting scripts and it still took over 20 minutes.And the most shocking was i asked one of the white robe chemists if they had a generic and i named it. extremely common medicine for pain. This person had no clue, and then when he showed another worker. They reached around and grabbed the generic and $15 cheaper version with ease and handed it to him. So double and triple check as it may be a ploy for you to buy more expensive brands.

You get what you want no hassle and I can go look interior pet shop while I wait

This complex that this store is in is a bit tired but the Chemist Warehouse here is good.I have found on a many occasions that products I've searched for online will say they are not available but when you get there it's on the shelf. There seems to be issues with the store internal stock system and online stock.This Chemist Warehouse has a great range of health and natural products.Service is good.

Rude staff that are short with people over the phone. They argue that because they are a large chemist it is too hard to notify the customer that the script on a waiting list for over 6 months THAT THEY ARE HOLDING is about to expire. I am considering taking legal action against this chemist.They argue the moral high ground when dispensing the medication however at the same time hold onto your script to make sure your not able to source your medication from another chemist while waiting. Something that another chemist mentioned was unethical in itself.

Pushy, staff who like to rush you and then scrunch your bag up when ur leaving to ensure you know that you buggered their day up by taking 30 seconds to process eftpos. Shame on you Larissa. This behaviour does not belong in customer facing jobs.

Attempted to exchange a faulty pair of reading glasses. Purchased 6-08-22 refused return on 16-08-22. Only exchange up to 7days. The online return policy lists a separate section for faulty products. Clearly, a pair of glasses that failed on the first night are not fit for intended use" their words fall into this category. I presented original receipt proof of purchase. Told I have to drive to the original place of purchase over 40km away to exchange a $20 pair of glasses. What ever happened to customer service
