Debbie's Wedding & Florist Shop

I ordered through Sarah's flowers for mother's Day.Deb's flowers who are contracted to Sarah's and known to the locals, supplied the worst bouquet of pink oriental lillies I have ever come by. It was 3 Lillies! YestYes,right 3 pink oriental Lillies at a price of $69.95, that's not including delivery that took 3 minutes! The photos on the internet compared to what was received was appualing! Terms and conditions of the contract entered into with Sarah's were not met. Let's hope the replacement will be better because as a consumer I know my rights. I love supporting locals but on this occasion would have been better of doing airtasker to get a bunch off flowers delivered from Woolworths or Coles.

Ordered for Mothers Day,Turned up the day before. Had delivered and were left on the Driveway and in the Sun and Rain. Ordered to be in a Glass Cube and arrived in a standard Vase. Rang the Store. All i got was excuses about Innisfail being a small town and attitude. Never Again. Awaiting my refund

Went in to buy my sister flowers today. They looked awesome.that was until I took them to work and actually looked at them. The orchids weren’t even attached they were cut off just sitting there. Cost me $45

I ordered my mum some flowers the day before Mother's Day and had the most stunning arrangement delivered to her door on Mother's Day morning! Very happy mum = very happy daughter! Thank you so much ladies for making it so easy as I live in a different state :D

I parked in a loading zone to wait for some stuff as there were no other parking spots. 5 minutes later a car for their shop pulls up and starts swearing and bad mouthing out loud in public about a P plater parking in a loading zone. Just because they wanted to unload a few items. As they were unloading they did not have the common sense to close any doors so that they could get past. And they kept swearing.

The flowers I purchased off the website looked gorgeous. There was a big red vase with an xoxox charm around the top, a bunch of white flowers and 12 red roses. The flowers that showed up however was 6 pink flowers and 6 roses in a shitty clear plastic bowl. This is nowhere near even what was shown colour wise, and certainly the value is nowhere near close, as it was half the number of roses! I was not contacted nor offered any other kind of choice. I am very unhappy with this level of service and will certainly be ringing the shop first chance next opening hour to make my complaint, and furthermore I will never use this company again to buy flowers.This is what the website advertises:Win her heart twice over with this two-in-one knockout gift: romantic hand-arranged flowers and a chic red vase adorned with our silver XOXO charm she'll love - and cherish- for years.Our Keepsakes Collection is only available for delivery in AUSTRALIA. the trouble with debbies is she doesnt have any staff i was helping her out for 10 years in the end it was costing me money to be their.

Had 7 roses and lilies delivered TODAY and they look half dead (roses) burnt and drooping ...I got them around 1pm and its 6pm now ...look a week old ..very disappointedJust spoke to the florist who did the order and wow did she have an attitude ..I will never use or recommend Debbies flowers again ..a total waste of money and my Valentine's DAY was ruinedPeople pay good money but all they get is rubbish and a bad attitudeSHAME ON YOU
