The first meeting with my doctor was very positive. The doctor met all if my expectations as she was very friendly, courteous, competent and professional.The admin and pathology personnel I have encountered are also very good. I am happy with my choice of medical service providers through Ochre.

My Doctor, John Oxford is wonderful. I feel safe with him and he helps me understand what’s happening with my body really well.I have several health issues that need to be managed in conjunction with each other and I believe John does this very well.He makes me feel happier about my situation, he’s kind and very considerate.

Excellent doctor - very thorough and friendly.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that ventilation in the building could be improved, either by ensuring that windows are opened, or, some strategic HEPAs installed. It would also be better if the other patients were encouraged to mask, along with the receptionist to set an example.

Good practice, and friendly staff. Unfortunately a bit lax on COVID-19 safety, with no mask in sight (for either staff or patients) in the waiting room despite signs that they were recommended.

Went there today for an ingrown toenail. Saw Dr John Oxford and Ruth. Was very worried, couldn’t have had a better experience. Laughed all the way through it, couldn’t have been better. Thank you.
