MarketPlace Fresh - Head Office

I usually shop at the Parkmore store and absolutely love the quality and variety of items available from different varieties of fresh fruit and veggies from around the world, to spices, and packaged dried fruit and nuts. It’s amazing. One time, I bought some corn chips to try, not just one bag, but 4. I got sick eating them, they were too oily. I went back to the store when a manager was there, and although I couldn’t find him at first, when I did, he was absolutely sensational. All he needed was an explanation as to why I was returning them , so that he could return to his supplier with my feedback. If you want to return something, he explains why he needs the information. As a courtesy and to thank me for coming back, I was offered a free item, and all my money back! Even if you have a problem here, just come with honest feedback, they’ll appreciate it and help you out! But their food is awesome! You’ll keep coming back!
