I have never been to a mechanic where the staff were so keen to solve my problem as quickly and cheaply as possible.They don't try to sell you something that you don't really need.In addition, the staff are very very friendly and the waiting area is better equipped with a massage chair and pool table than anything I have ever seen.If you are looking for a very good mechanic, your search is over here. Have been here numerous times but won’t be going back, took my car in for a service, also wanted them to check if my brakes were safe after I burnt them, the mechanic stated nothing was wrong with brakes except for dirty brake fluid and mentioned that it was my clutch burning instead of my brakes, he also told me how I should be driving my car? Felt as tho the whole time he was speaking to me he neglected my opinion and made me sound like a hoon, I mentioned that I lost almost all brake function when I burnt my brakes but he still said that I was mistaken and had burnt my clutch. I also mentioned that my car has a rough idle and shakes occasionally when stationary, mentioned it hasn’t always been this bad and was gradually getting worse but the mechanic said it’s normal and they couldn’t find an issue. So I took my car to AK racing, they looked over the car, checked spark plugs and noticed they were heavily worn causing it to run garbage, the exhaust to backfire and cause the idle issue. Reception staff were friendly and helpful but can’t say the same about one of the mechanics

ASAP Autocare in Nerang was absolutely wonderful to deal with. All the staff were friendly, took the time to explain everything to me in detail and showed me photos of the problems that needed fixing. They were quick in getting my car back to me and reasonably priced.I would highly recommend them!

Was recommended to see Ryan and the team, and I now understand why. They were just amazing!!! I don't know a thing about cars but I was not taken advantage of (as I have been in the past) and everything was explained in such a way that I actually understood everything he was saying that is going on with my car. Such a good experience, and my service was so cheap - will never go anywhere else, and will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks guys <3

Finally I have found an honest and reasonably priced mechanic. I just had my work ute serviced here and a couple of my family members have also taken their cars here recently and it is the best customer service I've had from a mechanic. They have a nice waiting room too with a couch, massage chair, TV (with Netflix), pool table and free cold drinks. I won't be going anywhere else from now on and I have already referred more of my friends and family. Thanks!
