George has an attention for detail and sorted out a ton of stuff to make things really easy for us. It was definitely the best decision I've made this year to have Chris and Krissie sell our investment property at Rosebery. Before the property goes alive on the market, all the necessary repair and maintenance were taken care of by Krissie- we didn't travel to Rosebery even once for those matter. All the communications were smooth, both Krissie and Chris were always responsive. And most importantly we are super satisfied to the final selling result. We met Chris and Krissie over a year ago at one of their open homes and develop a good rapport. They knew our plans was to conduct market research for the first few months, so they never put any pressure on us to make offers and what not. However, in the meantime they continue to keep us abreast of trends and new offerings. In the end, we not only ended up buying with them, but also sold with them. The team at L&S (Chris/Krissie/Ash) are rock solid and refreshingly easy to deal with. They are friendly, professional and results driven! In selling, they achieve a result that surpass our expectations with minimal fuss.
