I did a google search and found RedSquare for the start my journey to complete an owner builder project. This was all a new experience and with the help of Ranjith at RedSquare, he made this difficult process much easier. He went above and beyond their scope of works with helping answer my questions/concerns. Through out this process he did not once complain about the many changes to the design. Ranj and his team were awesome to deal with. I wanted to FastTrack all the reports and they were able to do that for me including the engineering reports. When I asked for any modifications even though 1 was later in the process there was no issues. Highly recommend for anyone thinking to do an extension or house improvement.

Nice guy Ranj, available, generous and helpful with his time and advice. Affordable and knows the regulatory framework. As long as you're clear with the concept and design of what you want he'll get it done. If you think that you'll need lots of face to face contact check with him as he occasionally travels overseas.
