I have been to this store so many times and the selection of alcohol is very good. I can not emphasise enough how good and outstanding the customer service is at this location. Every time I come in to the store Shonny, Angel, Mitch, Jas and Denise greet me with the happiest smile and treat me like a valued customer. Thank you so much BWS Selandra Rise for being the closest alcohol store to my house and employing such great personnel :)

The young lady behind the counter was on her phone and seemed annoyed when she had to serve me. After getting her away from her phone for 20 seconds I said thank you and have a good one" as all people should do. She gave no reply and went straight back to the phone. A great selection of wines, beers and spirits at very reasonable prices. The guys here are always super friendly and helpful, and they provide excellent customer service. In fact the young guy that served me was exceptional. While out of stock of the 4-pack Aperol Spritz, he helped me find a reasonable alternative and guided me to what later turned out to be a top class wine at not a top of shelf price. Thank you for the great service.
