I love how their fridge looked nice and full of pretty pastries and cakes, very welcoming. However the coffee cake slice I bought were not very fresh, the cake had been sitting in the fridge for too long I think, it had that weird fridge smell"

This place has wonderful cakes and slices but their crowning glory is their pastry o the pies, sausage rolls and pasties. Absolutely delicious

The most amazing service from one of their employees Stella, who was incredibly kind and accommodating for my very last minute request of mini cakes and tarts for an office party. She was very patient, and understood exactly what I was after. in regards to amounts and budgetary constraints. The quality of the food was divine, with favourites being the eclairs, cannoli, and caramel slice. I wish I could rate higher.

Wow what service !!!! Five Star! I ordered a birthday cake on Feb 12th not considering that with the third wave of Lockdown I would not be able to pick it up due to the 5 KM limit (it was6.3 KMs) With a call to the bakery on Saturday FEB 13th (the day of my daughter's birthday) Dolce Mio came through with a home delivery. Thank you the cake tastes delicious and you made the birthday that much more special, as our other plans were changed due to COVID. Highly recommend this bakery******

These people need to do a Baristas course! The coffee is disgusting. My friend ordered macarons and they were hard and tasteless. I was almost tempted to ask for a refund. I've had their celebration cakes and they are amazing. Just the cafe side of this business needs significant improvements.

Chocolate buttercream cream was stale and dry ,, Marble mud cake wasn’t as nice as when I order one last November ,,not sure if they have a new pastry chef but unfortunately I won’t be returning.

We bought aContinental cake for my brother‘s birthday it was divine! the 2 flavours of the custards were to die for!! We will be going there from now on!
