Carpet World Carrum Downs

My husband and I recently obtained several quotes to replace the carpet in our house. We had a rough idea of price but wanted to be thorough. One quote came in ridiculously high and the other company couldn’t have cared less if we took on their business. When we went to Carpet World Carrum Downs we were greeted warmly by Phoebe who was so patient and talked through our options as well as our other quotes. We revisited three times trying to decide on a colour and she was so understanding and helpful. She not only took the time to guide us on our decision but was genuinely excited for us and arranged several samples to take home. The carpet installers were right on time, polite and tidy. They left without leaving a mess and were pleasant whilst in our home. I would absolutely recommend Carpet World to anyone who wants great customer service and also a great price! From our very first interaction with Phoebe, I knew our experience with Carpet World was going to be exceptional. Phoebe is an absolute dream and I cannot thank her enough for making the entire process stress free and genuinely wonderful. Great service! Phoebe was such a delight to work with, such a vibrant and kind personality and was very honest in answering all our questions and needs when looking to replace our carpet. Such quick service- measurements and replacement of the carpet (within a week which was incredible). Thanks to Phillip for executing his years of experience into delivering an amazing carpet. Great service. We originally went in and were overwhelmed by the many choices of carpet. The salesperson was very helpful in helping us to decide which carpet to go with. They listened to what we were after, gave their recommendations. We then booked in for someone to come out with samples and to measure the rooms. Very quick turnaround. Had someone out as promised and they did a wonderful job in laying the carpet. Looks great, good quality and great service. Thanks so much. Will absolutely be going through you guys again.

Can’t thank Paul and Tim enough. I had hybrid floors and carpet laid. Great service, so helpful from start to finish. The guys that did the installing did such a wonderful job, everything is perfect, on time, friendly will definitely use again if needed. The Carpet World staff, especially Phoebe, were extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing a carpet. They allowed me to take samples home to try out. There was no sales pressure only helpful advice. The process from purchase to completion was efficient. There was no time delay. The carpet layers were punctual and the job completed without any fuss. An excellent experience.

I highly recommend these guys for all round great service. Phoebe is aweseome, super friendly and helpful when it came to measuring up and deciding on what was best suited for our newly renovated house. We shied away from a more expensive carpet on their recommendation for something that would wear well and was more practical given we have a couple of Golden Retrievers. We ended up carpeting four bedrooms, one walk-in-robe, and one study with the top of the range Ultimate underlay. It’s a significant investment so we wanted to get this right but at no time did we feel pushed into a decision or had buyers regret. When it came to lay day (is that a phrase??) Tom arrived promptly and was again super friendly, polite and an all-round nice guy. We had already cleared out the rooms which meant every space in the house was cluttered with stuff making it a bit like a maze. Tom weaved his way around with great care and got the whole job done in about 5 hours. The carpet looks and feels amazing, we are all super happy with the outcome. Great service and lovely communication and phone manners/skills eveytime I called no matter who I spoke to. The man that did the carpet and repairs was absolutely lovely and did a great job and very professional. Thankyou all.
