Heaven Funerals conducted my Dad’s funeral last week. We were fortunate enough to have planned ahead so Dad and I both met Warren a couple of times prior to Dad’s passing.Dad knew after our first meeting that we need look no further - we both had so much faith in Heaven Funerals. Everything Dad had chosen was exactly how we expected on the day.We cannot thank Warren and the team enough for their professionalism, sensitivity, guidance and support - Warren lead the service beautifully. Everyone who attended and watched online was impressed. Just lovely!

Had a absolutely great experience with heaven funerals so glad I chose you guys. Warren and Ross were so helpful with my dads passing. They organised everything so easily and quick for us! We couldn’t have done all this without them.. it was the first time we had to experience losing someone and it was super hard. Definitely would turn to them again, highly recommend! The Best Funeral Directors our Family have gone through for a first time funeral, of a loved one so close. My daughter contacted Heaven Funerals on my behalf to enquire about an exhumation and cremation and Warren advised her this is a service they offer.Subsequent conversations were between Ross and myself. Our father passed away a month ago and his wishes was to have a 3 day turn around which is quick for a Samoan funeral. Our family had approached a few places and were told they could not accommodate at such short notice. However, Ross at Heaven Funerals didn't hesitate to grant our fathers wishes even though it would be a quick turnaround. Ross and his son Ross Jnr were so accommodating towards our family and our mum to make this happen at such short notice. My beautiful Mum passed away suddenly while on holidays with us in Brisbane.
