This is the first time I was told to pay $50 if I need a quote to get prepared in my entire life. hahaha..... What a joke. Do not waste your time go in there for a quote. Just go to elsewhere in Melbourne, they are more helpful. By the way, they did not charge me any quote and fix my problem too.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend with no hesitation to take our tv there for repair in the future.

They are the most unhelpful pack of repairers on the face of the earth. It would be better to throw your faulty product in the bin than take it to them. I have had nothing but trouble with them and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. If you look in the dictionary under the word RUDE it will show a picture of Montage Electronics. I cannot understand why Samsung or any other electronic company put up with them.Keep away from them down there

We had a problem with the attachment of the tv antenna and he fixed straight away.Very nice guy.

Don't take your tv to these rogues! We took our TV to Montage to be repaired, we got it back after paying almost $500 & when we switched it on, it was still doing the same as it was when we took it there! On speaking to Roger he said, 'oh I just replaced the part that usually causes a problem with that brand of tv'. We took it back & when we rang to see if it was ready, he said 'yes you can pick it up, I just tightened a few screws on it'! I asked how long the warranty was & he said 'I didn't say there was a guarantee! Of course the tv wasn't fixed & Roger refused to give our money back!

First experience great to find a place to take my old turntable too. Let you know how we go in a few weeks time
