Big Thanks to Kane and the team for the excellent job done on repairing our BMW.. We were very nervous about how the car would come back to us, but Kane assured us that he had the equipment, experience and the team that could handle the job.. and they did just that. It's a great result and the car drives beautifully and looks like new. Highly recommend this company.

Most DISGUSTING services I have ever received from any business!!! They have had my car for 8 weeks, changed the date that it was meant to be ready 5 times, promise to call but never do and rude when you talk to them.

Very slack service. Kept my car for 4 weeks to do a minor fix. Didn't seal the car when they were sanding so the car was filled with dust which took days to clean out. Car still smells. Had to take my car back 3 times to fix things that they should have done right the first time. Left off badges and said I could get those myself. Unprofessional.

I rang NRMA at 10pm that night of the incident.They recommended this business and called them. I saw the owner on Tuesday morning at 11.30am the following day. He said come back Thursday at 2pm. I have just picked the car up. I am impressed with professional quick prompt service.The owner did his best for me. He sourced a new bumper bar contacted me within the hour and did his best he could do to make sure I was not with out a car for to long.I want to say thankyou very much I highly recommend your business and yourself.

Avoid. Poor workmanship, crappy customer service. hostile staff. Simply churning out the insurance jobs with little care for end customer. Had to call multiple times for updates as staff could not provide rough ETA. Car came out worse than going in, submitted another insurance claim to fix their work.

Had my vehicle in for hail repairs with PP&P and it was a big job which was a combination of PDR & traditional panel repair.Couldn't be happier with the results as all the work was very well done and you wouldn't know how bad the roof actually was.Will continue to use PP&P and would happily recommend them to anyone

Amazing!!! Just picked up my car for an insurance job as left side got broken into. Awesome job and service. All parts and paint match and felt like i was looking at the car for the first time when i first bought it. Inside was immaculate as well!! Highly recommend if you get a choice to choose them as a repairer. Cheers guys!!! Love your work!!!

Very disappointed with the services provided by Professional Paint & Panel! Totally agreed with ausrp Designs' review. Absolutely NOT recommend this company at all as they show NO cares for the customers! Broken promises! Been waiting for months to have my car re-fixed after their first dodgy and messy job, but never happened. UNPLEASANT experience that should not happen to anyone!
