Popped in to see stone benchtops. Got greeted by Farah who was very helpful and gave me lots of stone samples to take home to see in different light. Lovely place to visit and lots of parking.

Difficult to choose the stones on display as the showroom is below par to what other suppliers have to offer in the vicinity. YDL needs to have better lightning, full slabs on display and an open plan showroom like AC Stone or Stone Ambassador. Farrah on the other hand was lovely and showed keen interest on what I was after and also provided assistant on what stone might look good in my kitchen.

Excellent service in the stone showroom, with very insightful and helpful feedback to choose our kitchen benchtop. We were able to work together to choose 4 samples which led to a confident final decision.

Just had my new bench tops installed and I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED at the quality of the stone. The stone is hideous and looks NOTHING like what is displayed in the showroom. Literally looks like a cheap Shein knockoff of the original - and this is the premium range. I’d expect some minor discrepancy in pattern and colour but this is significant. I can’t even look at it, it’s that bad.

Trying to decide on a kitchen bench colour, it’s so overwhelming….we decided to visit YDL in Thomastown to see the slabs in full. We were greeted by Farah who was so friendly and down to earth. She helped us choose a colour and her advice was invaluable. Don’t hesitate visiting her. She’ll guide you in the right direction.

Amazing customer service from the attendant, Farah. She took her time to consult with me in the colours that I was after . I went in there with no idea of what I wanted and she took the time to explain and gave me her honest opinion on what she thinks would work and what wouldn’t.As a result I am going through ydl for all my stone . I am very happy I chose them!
