Robert was fantastic - super prompt response same day as my email. He talked me through how to work out what was wrong with our front door lock. The team have also sent a replacement cover plate free of charge. Awesome after care service!

Amazing customer service, I accidentally ordered the wrong handle from a different series to the others I ordered. They called to double check and then put in the correct handle. Can't wait for them to arrive!

Ordered four sets of Doyle exterior door handles and deadbolts. Just found my receipt, and it was 18 months ago. They were easy to install and are holding up well. Very pleased.

I ordered the Lachlan series in Brushed Brass for the whole house. Amazing product and could not be happier with the lever sets. Quality finish and well made. Staff was extremely helpful by correcting a wrong item which I had made. Packaged well and delivered promptly.
