An eye opening experience to the most significant lighthouse in Australia.3 history talks throughout the day so make sure to plan your journey around it.Paid ticket includes a chance to scale the insides of the lighthouse where you have a 360 degree view of the area from the outside.Special shout-out to Dale (our history talk presenter) for being very informative and funny.

The lighthouse and area are great but still not worth the rip-off $19.5! Way too much money for what you get. Better off going to Split Point lighthouse. At least you can drink a coffee with views on the lighthouse for a reasonable price.

This place is beautiful. Of course the views are great, but the grounds are also nice. It's a little bit pricey to enter, and a bit of a drive to get there, but I think it's worth it, especially if you are travelling and are curious about the history, wanting to see a great view and some animals too!Lots of history here, from WW2, and the history of the lighthouse and it's inhabitants. If you're lucky, you'll see some whales. The cafe is nice also, and those scones, cream and jam are just delicious.Saw a koala on the way in and a wallaby with a joey, which was very cute.

Spent a couple of hours exploring the immaculately kept grounds and learning the history of the light station.Staff are friendly, engaging & knowledgeable. Scones and coffee on point for a cold day.Would have loved to learn about the local aboriginal population.

Great site for a visit of a couple of hours, with a number of different buildings with very interesting displays. The lighthouse itself is well worth the climb, with spectacular views from the platform around the top.Thoroughly recommended.

Went with friends in 2020. We had a tour guide called Alex who told us ghost stores of the lighthouse keepers. Much to walk and see around the lighthouse too, like old stone tools as well as artefacts. Very good opportunity to take photos, as it obviously borders the sea. Pretty windy up here as expected so bring your jackets and hold on to your hats!

First of all, if you driving through Great Ocean Road and want to reach here, you have to drive around 12 kilometres from B100 and drive back the same road to continue driving through GOR. This is a ticketed area, to climb on top of the lighthouse they charge you $17. The premise is beautiful, there is a small walkable distance from the entrance to the station. When it is your turn you can climb through the steps. Not very tall, not sure about the exact number of steps, but it is a spiral stair to the top and a few narrow stairs at the top. You get a beautiful 360 view from here, most of which are ocean views that are amazing. I enjoyed it

The lighthouse is a remarkable structure which served as a life saving service to mariners. The historic cottages are available to rent.Nearby is the old telegraph and signal station. Buildings have been meticulously restored to illustrate the lifestyle of the pioneers who provided essential services to seafarers.

Did a day visit while touring the Great Ocean Road. Well worth the visit with spectacular views and interesting read about the lightstation. We managed to jump on a short guided tour where we learned about the history of the light house. Would definitely recommend to those who have not been before!

I’ve been to a few lighthouses on my travels now but this is by far one of the best presentations I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Immaculate green grounds, fresh scones and rich history. You are able to go up the lighthouse. The only downside was the staff were very strict on safety but didn’t really offer any info on the history of the lighthouse. The WW1 bunkers and historical houses/rooms had lots of info available for a self tour. Loved it, it was all gorgeous!!
