This place has certainly changed for the better over the years. Great place right on the beach. Awesome. Excellent new facilities.

Stay in deluxe cabin for weekend in Winter time. A bit pricey as has to take own linen. No hairdryer was supplied. Was very small.The view was okay. Friendly staff and able to borrow dvds to watch with no charge. No wifi available. Good place to come if you like surfing.

Been coming here for 45 years as an annual. Don’t expect a 5 star park but it’s hidden treasures and nature are beyond beautiful. A hidden paradise awaits you camping in natural bush habitat. Unwind on the beautiful beach. Hidden paradise

We stayed in one of the 'Deluxe Cabins' which had incredible views and a wonderful deck that overlooks the water - from that point of view it was superb! The cabin itself however was very tired and boarded on dirty in some areas. It really hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and given the $$ these deluxe" cabins are charged for an overnight stay

Even in bad weather the clean air and quiet surrounds are a balm for the soul.Too cold for me to swim, but great kite flying weather.Bird life a real bonus.

If you are looking for something off the beaten track with great walks, scenery, flora and fauna this is where you will find it. Waratah Bay Caravan Park is one of a kind, it is not glitzy or glamorous but the natural setting that all nature lovers will fall in love with. Not to be missed if you are looking for a little (or a lot) serenity!

Nice small caravan park, sites are fairly small but nice and close to the beach. Saw an echidna, fox, rabbits, blue wrens and parrots. Fyi take you own wood as we bought some from the park but unfortunately it was green and waterlogged so fire was a disaster.

The beach is beautiful but the park feels neglected. Bathrooms not clean, camp kitchen dirty.Mostly neglected on-site vans.Drinking water is near the on-site vans and a decent walk from the campers area.We have been going there a fair few years now, but feel it has really gone downhill over the years.

Waratah Bay Caravan Park
This caravan park is in an excellent location; literally right on the beach. However, we found the powered sites to be small and not much grass at all. If it had rained, we would have been in mud! The amenities need some upgrading. All of the water is dam water so you'll need to bring your own drinking water. You also need to come well stocked because the closest shops are 20 minutes away in Fish Creek. The showers were nice and hot. We loved being able to bring our dogs. Overall, we had a decent stay.
