Managing rental properties from a distance of approximately 1500km poses some problems but with the help of Laura and the team at Ray White, Picton, we have been doing just that for the past 7 years without any worries. Laura has always provided prompt and professional assistance. No problem has been too big or too small and is always dealt with with a happy response. There have been some difficult times, particularly with bushfires, but RW has always been there for us.They have made things much easier. I was desperately looking for a rental for a few months as my current rental was damaged with the threat of becoming homeless.The team at ray white Picton were the most friendly, helpful and pretty much one of the only real estates I encountered while looking for a rental that appeared to care!Laura Andriollo especially went out of her way and above and beyond to help me even though she was run off her feet.
