Auchenflower station

I am so utterly disappointed with this train station. I have been catching trains here for over 6 months now and I am continually let down. Trains coming in different platforms with noone there to inform you. Labelling of platforms is poor. There is hardly ever a worker there to ask for help or assistance.There is one lady who does work there who is always rude. Argues with people, doesn't show up to train times, doesn't even know when trains should be coming when asked.This is a station where a large amount of elderly attend yet there is no assistance available. Signage is poor. People often miss trains because they didn't know what platform to be on because they changed last minute.There is no easy access to platform 4.If you need to top your go card up before you tap on you have to walk back and forward up stairs and long distance for the closest tap on.I'm sick of this. Something needs to be done

Friendly Customer Service each and every day and anytime... On time trains, time and time again and Queensland Rail always deliver a clean proud station for all to use... Currently being upgraded and excited to see the finished product... Thanks guys for your great effort...

It’s okay, very dissatisfied though

I mean it’s ok. It is unclear at times which way to go to get to the hospital. Throw up a sign, friends! Once (and by once I mean today, I am just trying to mythologise a touch) I went the wrong way and ended up climbing a hill. So. That was unfortunate. Otherwise there’s not much to say. It’s a train station. Clean, though

Clean and beautiful weather

I have shaped the photo (below) at 10:46 am while looking for a train at Auchenflower station. Why Google Map is showing to leave home at 11:07 to catch the train of 11:26 whilst the train station is 6 min away?

Look. It's a train station. I don't understand how it can hold so many beautiful memories, but it does. Thanks Auchenflower train station, for being a platform for love.

I have used the station every week day to visit the hospital this month. It is clean and easy to access the lifts. Not sure why the electronic display screens are not operating. It would be useful.
