Josh was fantastic helping me out with my Hafele integrated fridge. He was already familiar with the extra noisy sounds the freezer was making. I was very happy that it could be resolved quickly and it wasn't beyond repair.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Josh was responsive to my phone queries, and arrived not long after we spoke. He answered all my texts promptly, including sending follow up check-in texts. His service was beyond expectations. He wouldn't give up his diagnosis of the problem until he had eliminated every possible concern. Eventually he discovered the fault, and it only cost $45 to fix it, instead of the $800 quoted by other services. Exceptional value for the service. I would put him on speed-dial.

Our dishwasher was leaking. I called Electrolux/Dishlex but they couldn’t send their technician for another week.I contacted Appliance Medic on a Sunday and Josh came on Tuesday. He diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and did the repair on Sunday.He was very friendly and I was impressed that he was willing to do the job on a Sunday.The Electrolux technician would probably have been cheaper but I would’ve had to wait longer.Overall, I was really happy with the service Josh provided.

Josh fixed our ageing though still working (mostly) fridge, efficiently, explaining what he was doing all the while. He was delayed in his arrival time, but kept us appraised of his expected approach. Will be using him again if we need a thorough, reasonably priced servicemen for our kitchen and laundry appliances. Recommended.

I called Josh as my Miele oven door shattered. Josh identified new parts at almost $1000 and I eventually decided on a new oven. Josh found oven and installed on a sunday for me. There were some problems with existing gas cooktop and an excellent gas fitter was found. Josh was responsive and delivered. I would not hesitate in recommending him for any purchase or repair.

My washing machine broke down recently apparently caused by power disruption, and also the door was jammed for some reason.I contacted Josh at Appliance Medic. He had patiently chatted with me about the problems, and sincerely tried to reach a recommendation for me whether it's worthwhile repairing. In the end, my machine resumed normal under his advice. He is truely professional, and put his customers first!
