Oasis Spas Hallam

In my naivety, I thought you just bought a spa, Fenced it, filled it up and that was that. There are a few more steps to the process and Jess and Lenny have gone above and beyond to help me get these steps done. They have both helped me with permits, made great recommendations for fencing and organised plumbers for the heat pump. Lenny even took time out to come when the spa was being delivered to ensure it went smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough.

SpaChoice was a great help for us in securing the perfect spa for our needs. Fortunately we weren't in a great hurry as we chose to wait for the newer type cabinet which had to come from overseas and would be impacted by COVID issues.Unfortunately (but not due to SpaChoice) the spa arrived in Australia with the wrong colour cabinet, but they bent over backwards to provide an alternative that we were happy with - together with a few extras at no additional cost.Jess kept us up to date with how our order was progressing and they were able to make a few changes to ensure we could get delivery (to Phillip Island) on the day that suited us best. The assistance on site to set up the spa was first class and we are very happy with our new purchase.I would thoroughly recommend SpaChoice as an honest and very helpful and considerate supplier to anyone considering purchase of a spa.
