I cant even begin to say how awesome these gents are, they went above and beyond for me today, with a smile nothing was too much trouble for them.After leaving a happy customer I then managed to get a nail in my tyre at 4.30pm on a Friday arvo, when I called they fitted me in again and fixed it straightaway for me so I had my car for the weekend.My husband was so impressed with their friendliness he has decided to bring his beloved 4WD there for all future needs.Gentlemen you should be proud of the business you run and the wonderful way you treat your customers, using their first names I cant praise you all enough, thank you for everything you did for meAnita

I went to see Peter Hanna to try and help me with valve/tyre inflation problems with my 23 year old 2 piece BBS wheels. The valve structure on the wheels are hard integrated, spare parts impossible to get due to wheel age etc. I was looking down the barrel of thousands of dollars if the wheels could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Peter said he would do some research but couldn't promise anything. A few weeks later I returned to check on progress. He said he was able to fix the problem by simply replacing a broken valve core. He said no charge! I insisted he get paid for his trouble but he refused. HE COULD HAVE EASILY GOUGED ME IN SO MANY WAYS. How rare is that when it comes to the motor vehicle service industry? I mentioned my experience to my neighbour who is a mechanical engineer with a performance enhanced car. Little did I know, Peter had also looked after my neighbour across a range of needs and was a loyal customer already. If you want to deal with somebody who has integrity... go see Peter.

Customer service is fantastic there, the staff are honest & always smiling and courteous. including anything that needs replacing the guys always make it their number once priority to contact you if there’s anything that needs replacing. Price is right, location is great plenty public transport going pass and it’s only 5 min walk to the main shopping centre. I enjoy taking my car back every time.

They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring.We have had some negative experiences with mechanics in the past but have since found these guys and not looked back.We love to support local businesses and the respect, gratitude, loyalty and trust that the team at Tyrepower Woy Woy have earned is well deserved.
