I bought a laptop from an electrical store (big mistake) and couldn’t get anything to work in the new operating system. Dave transferred everything from my old laptop and installed programs to make it easy to access my photos, music, emails, documents etc. I highly recommend Dave and his team if you need a new computer set up, better still, go there and buy your computer from them as the salespeople in big electrical stores are not tech experts.

I have found Techknow extremely helpful being an older person that got our technology in a big mess. I rang them to get help Dave was straight onto whatever we needed. Luke came out to set everything up for us. He was so lovely & knowable. He doesn’t refer to you as an older person you are a wise person. They have gone above & beyond.
