They do not know how to own up to their own mistakes, and if you have a problem about your hair they will tell other clients about your hair, no professionalism when it comes to handling this situation, the boss Sandra does not care if you are not happy with your hair as long as she is happy and if you seek a second opinion it is the other salons fault, DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT BLOND HAIR!! it's an absolute joke an waste of money, spent 320 on my hair to leave with damaged hair, and made me feel that my opinion did not matter, I told them I hated my hair the way it looked and the colour was not what I wanted. still did not fix it after messaging on more then one occasion and also meeting with them.
