I have been using these guys since I purchased my house 8 years ago. I could not speak highly enough of their ongoing commitment to customer service, they always seem to go above and beyond. They do generally care about their customers. I would not think about going anywhere else and I travel a couple of suburbs on a regular basis. Kaye, Ewan and the Team have looked after all our pool servicing, maintenance and water testing for a few years now.They don't oversell, and I'm happy to drive the 30 minutes with a water test even though there is a pool centre 5 minutes from our house.Cannot recommend them highly enough.Would give more stars if I could.

Took a split vacuum hose in. Service was fantastic - replacement not in stock but rang around other shops to try and find a replacement but ended up repairing the hose for a fraction of the cost of a replacement. Highly recommended.
