Lots of good quality timber furnitures and currently they have 50% sale. Workers are nice and helpful as well. A little unorganised in terms with furniture arrangements, I guess it gave you the satisfaction if you found something that you really like (Eureka!).

I cannot speak highly enough of the professional service Jenna provided. She definitely went above & beyond what was required. Having needed some new furniture after an interstate move, I purchased all from Eureka Street Helensvale. A problem with the table was very quickly fixed & I received my replacement this morning. Needless to say I am very happy. My compliment must also extend to Shelley, Helen & the delivery drivers who also were professional & respectful.I would not hesitate to recommend Eureka St Helensvale

I purchased a lounge suite from Eureka furniture Helensvale and we absolutely love it. We had no issue with the store or the purchasing of the products. I do however have an issue with the delivery company that delivered the suite . One of the delivery guys was not only rude and condescending but disrespectful with a chip on his shoulder. Suffice to say , they dropped my 3 seater on the deck and left it there for me to move inside.Appalling customer service from the delivery contractor.

Staff at Eureka Street furniture were incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations. No fuss transactions and no pressure. My furniture arrived on time and the delivery men were also very helpful and efficient. I’d go back for more items for sure.

Purchased a coffee table from the Helensvale store. Had to wait nearly a week to get it delivered. Once we got it delivered, we noticed that the colour of the table is not what we had purchased and that the table had strap marks from the transport all over it which makes the table faulty. Contacted the store straight away. They were very nice and understanding and the manager there said she'll contact head office to get in touch with us. Had to wait another couple of days before receiving a claims form. No call - nothing. The reply we got in regards to the claims form was, that the table is the correct table but the colour varies. I do understand that timber colour varies, but this is a significant difference which we were not told. The strap marks weren't even mentioned at all. After having to go back and forth for over 2 weeks now, my husband got finally a call from head office today where he told them that we want a refund, as this table is not only the wrong colour but also faulty and we are waiting for a resolution now for over 2 weeks. The customer service employee then said to my husband that they only offer us an exchange for the same table but the colour will be the same. Very disappointing customer service!

I went into this store yesterday intending to purchase several items..on arrival one of the staff..I didn't get her name said O you have jeans on I love jeans but as soon as my back was turned she said to another staff fancy wearing jeans..I looked over to let her know I had heard and the staff member she said it too seemed embarrassed...so..number one rule in retail lady...DONT TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS WHILE THEY ARE IN THE STORE..so I'm guessing she was having a bad day sales wise ..no suprises there if that's how she speaks about customers..
