I have bought several cars from Pickles Belmore in the past 10 years for myself and my family. We never had major issues with cars that we’ve bought except some oil leaks that wasn’t mentioned on the condition report. I bought a Fixed Price car recently from Pickles and after paying the full amount, Pickles realised that the car I bought was put up for sale as Fixed Price instead of going to auction on the following week! Pickles offered to refund me the full amount, but I needed the car for my wife before Christmas as her car was involved in an accident and was written off. Pickles Auction Belmore management have assigned this case to one of the sales rep by the name of Anthony Spinola (Tony) who was able to organise a pink slip, all repairs needed for the car to be roadworthy without any additional cost.Tony was an absolute professional, helpful and managed to sort out this issue in a timely manner. I was able to pick the car up yesterday and it was in perfect condition. I can’t thank Tony enough for his time and effort to turn this negative experience into a positive one. I strongly recommend Tony to anyone who need to purchase a vehicle from Pickles Auctions at Belmore. Thanks Tony, Absolutely 5 stars customer service

I don't know who's running this place but no one was helpful, only helpful when they taking your money!! I will never buy from this establishment again. Sent to RTA with a half filled out form was told to return to pickles and have them fill it out properly. Arrived back at pickles and no one knew what to do so now we have to wait another day because the only person who could help wasnt there, absolute joke!!Not to mention the car was given to us on empty! $20,000 car and this is how we're treated

Used to be 5 star. Bought my fourth car from them recently. First 3 all excellent prices, excellent cars matching the condition report well. Buy online, turn up, pay and drive away. Very confident buying. Now most cars aren't registered. Adds about $1,000 to cost and several hours effort. I was at Pickles 3 1/2 hours picking car up, including a trip to Service NSW, despite calls indicating they have 'rego services on site' (they don't, at all)Staff very helpful and friendly, but their current process has nose dived. Buy a car, add $6-800 in fees, add $1,000 on rego. Suddenly you lose half a day and costs you as much as any other place.Still excellent cars though. They're hanging on by a thread... One more drop and they're gone...

Bought a vehicle off Pickles Belmore 2 months ago. Good deal but then realised a month later when driving on a rainy day that there was water dripping down the light above the third row seat. When we checked, we realised the antenna had come off its place and there was a dent on the roof of the vehicle. At first I thought it was just the antenna so took it to Tynan Motors for a fix. Upon assessment, they told me that it was as a result of a physical damage and I need to not just replace the antenna but also fix the roof from a smash repair shop. The quote to just replace the antenna was about $650. Took it to Suttons for a different view but ended up with same conclusion. Tried getting in touch with someone at the Belmore branch but people would barely answer calls. Finally, after lodging a complaint via email, they got in touch with me. Apparently, nothing was mentioned in the condition report nor was anywhere mentioned that there is a damage on the roof and the antenna needs to be fixed. I told them that it was not my fault and I should be compensated under the Australian consumer law. They simply brushed it off saying they too overlooked the damage but there was nothing they could do. And now I am left with a car that seems to have a major issue with no help whatsoever from the seller. The deal was good but customer service has been absolutely hopeless from Pickles. Truly disappointed!!!

Bought a car from the auction, payed the invoice and everything.They then said we didn't buy the car, we didn't pay the money. After showing all the receipts and proof of payment for the car. They then said We can't release the car until proof of payment".... (Doesn't make any sense) after 3-4 hours of waiting finally got the car.Then waiting for the final invoice for proof of ownership

It used to be good before they brought fixed prices. Shop around before you go there. I bought a Maza 2 with a dent, which was three years old, after you pay the stamp duty there was only $ 1000.00 difference between a new one at that time. The sales guy was a con he told me that he we could fix the dent for $ 100.00 which costed me $ 350.00. The car came with only 6 months rego. The car is a good quality one with very low kms no issues it has been three years.

Very nice staff. Good cars and prices are reasonable.Like other dealers, you still need to be 100% careful with the financials, however most of them are very helpful and respectful.Because of Covid you need to buzz or ring once you are there and then they will let you in.Have worked twice with them and am really happy with their customer service.

Bought a car two days ago on direct buy. After purchasing I noticed the tail light was cracked and superglued but it was not on the report. I told it to Alex, then he told me he will look in to it. Later he told me he will bring a replacement. After a day when I call him, he told me to come and pick it. Thank you Alex!!

Useless, just useless, been calling for weeks with zero reply. Bought a vehcile and can't get anybody on the phone. If you like headaches and being messed around, use Pickles.
