After my very first session with Clea I walked out feeling more relaxed than I feel after hours of traditional massage. Clea's reflexology treatment left me feeling calm, relaxed and completely stress free. I then went on to have the best nights sleep I have had in years, and continued to sleep well for the next week. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and have now included reflexology as part of my health routine. If you haven't given this a try, I would highly recommend you give it a try....

I would recommend Clea's services to anyone needing to de-stress or just give themselves some TLC! After experiencing crippling insomnia for the first time in my life, I had my first deep sleep after my first session with Clea and have noticed significant improvements since. Her healing hands always leave me feeling totally relaxed, peaceful and invigorated at the same time. She is a kind, compassionate and intuitive soul, who brings a wealth of knowledge and beautiful energy to the space. Highly recommend!

The experience with Happy Soles Reflexology is brilliant!I was able to learn more about my health and was made to feel welcome through out the process. I feel great after every visit and enjoy just chatting with Clea throughout the process as she's very calm and great to talk to. Highly recommend!

Clea and her happy soles business is terrific. She explained in detail what was to happen, how she was going to do it and spoke all the way through. It was a pleasant relaxing experience for my first time doing reflexology. I’m definitely going to book another appointment. Clea is lovely and gentle and really cares for her clients.
