Useless company. If you send boxes door to door through this company the receiver will get only about 60 to 70 percent. Rest get lost on the way. The worst part is when you comlain about your loss they just don't care. Disgusting. I suggests people with bitter experience like me should write to Ombudsman. I hope they will have a good look about this company.N

My family was attempting to acquire some beautiful antique pieces for my in laws villa, and I was able to find this beautiful piece at an auction. Transco Cargo was very helpful in helping me and my son transport this beautiful work of art. The step by step process of packing this artful wooden horse was so interesting my son took pics to send me! I was very impressed with their care! Great job! Attention to detail is so important and these guys know what they are talking about!

I was referred to Transco by a friend who had also used them in the past to ship a vehicle through them out of the country. Just found out that it's reached its destination safely and without a hassle. TC handled the customs brokerage on the Malaysian side. Very professional from start to finish letting me know when it got there too., Thumbs up indeed!

I sent items (2 boxes)door to door with this company. Arrived on time as tracking details but we've lost about 30-40% of items (mainly food, chocolates, shampoo and few other items). I Will never use this service.

Very pathetic service and very unprofessional. The person answering the call doesn’t know anything about Fiji’s shipment. My box which I sent from Melbourne was hold in Fiji because Melbourne accounts didn’t update their accounts with Fiji. Upon asking and requesting they keep say next week next week but no one took action or found out about my box for almost two months. I went to Fiji last year December and went to Fiji office they had a fuss about it and later released my box. Customer should be the first priority but here at transco they don’t care about customer service. Don’t use Trancocargo.

Never send items door to door with this company. I should have looked at the previous reviews before using this service. As others have mentioned we've lost about 30-40% of items (mainly food). Poor customer service and as usual they don't care. Will never use their services again.

Have been using their services for years now. No issues. They are upfront and straightforward. Rates are the best out there. The gentleman out in the office is patient and kind enough to let people take their time and pack the items and provide the necessary instructions.

Please DO NOT USE THEIR AIR FREIGHT SERVICE as they have advertised in their website. Very disappointed with the service I have received. Ended up paying unexcepted tax for nothing (Very huge amount). When I ask for a break down they know nothing about it, just charging as they want and the customer service was very poor. When I contact Melbourne office for a clarification about it the person answered the call was very rude and doesn't know how to communicate with their customers. I have been using Transco for long time for sending goods to Sri Lanka but NOT ANY MORE. Can't recommend this company to anyone any longer.
