My wife and I would highly recommend George, his lovely wife and his team. We were thrilled that George took on our complex job including having to liaise with a difficult neighbour.George was approachable, responsive and very friendly. He always took the time to answer questions and explain the process in detail, provided constant reassurance and delivered on time.George provided recommendations, most of which we adopted, which made the end result better than what was originally designed.The quality of work was good, and his advice was accurate. George and his team were always friendly, respectful, hard working and often provided us with comic relief.George coordinated and worked well with the engineers and Certifier's and given the complexity of the project requirements, we were more than happy with the fair price.Thank you George and Team.

We have hired FDSS and Building Services for several jobs now.The first was to repair our roof.George was the only one that turned up on time and stayed the longest to explain everything properly.He spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting and properly assessing the situation before giving a price.He explained what the issues were, what the rectification process would need to be and even encouraged us to get other quotes to weed out the bad operators for ourselves.Funnily enough, the roof had some serious issues that other roofers would not even go near so we were very impressed with his approach.George sent a small army and within a week our roof had been restored.Whilst on the job, he noticed one of our solar panels was not installed correctly and helped to get the solar company onto it.Amazing work!Being so impressed with the quality and professionalism, we hired George and the team for our second job.This was to convert our paved patio into concrete and build a path around the side of the house and widen the driveway.George and the team did an amazing job.They even moved our side gate and changed the hinges for us, we could not be happier with the way this all turned out.The finish is exceptional.When it came time for the third job, we knew we did not even have to call anybody else.This was a big job to convert our single garage into another living area.This is where George really came into his own, he stayed late on some nights and spent hours on the weekend going over ideas with us and then proceeded to go away with his team to design and provided us with professional drawings.Once we came up with the design, the works begun.From floors to new doors George and the team worked tirelessly to achieve the result.They did an outstanding job to match our existing shutters/tiles with the rest of the house you would not even know it use to be an old Garage.We really could not be any happier with it.Our fourth job was to help us landscape the backyard and level it out so we could build a shed for extra storage.George has worked on a very tight timeline with this one and has done an amazing job.We honestly cannot believe this is our home now (we were going to move!), we are super happy and proud to have found FDSS and Building Services.George goes above and beyond every single time and nothing is ever a problem.No job is too big or small and George is always there every step of the way.There have been numerous phone calls/texts at all hours and there is a great sense of security when George is on the job.We would definitely recommend George to anyone for anything and will not hesitate to hire him again.Thankyou FDSS and Building Services.Keep up the great work!Scott & Tamara

George and the team are wonderful! We're very happy with the end result and the process was great. I am delighted to write a review for George and his excellent team at FDSS and Building Services. I hired George to get the Alfresco of my house covered and converted into a beautiful sitting area ( at least that's what I had in mind).George was approachable, responsive and friendly. He took the time to explain the process in detail of what the work would entail. What needs to get done and what to expect in terms of outcomes. With the current restrictions, he went out of the way to Bunnings to purchase supplies, i.e. fan and spotlights (that were to be installed later) and helped us pick it via live photos and video. As a result, my partner felt comfortable communicating with him directly for the product selection. It goes to say, he is respectful, courteous and polite.The quality of work was good, and his advice was accurate. He did not charge a cent more than what was estimated initially. He was easily approachable and communicative.I can confidently recommend - George and his team at FDSS & Building Services. They were on time and delivered outstanding results. I hired FDSS and Building Services, to convert my garage to a living space for my elderly son. They also designed and landscaped my back yard and entertainment area. Also I needed a second toilet outside they were also able to build me this. George and his team were professional and changed my opinon of tradespeople. I also needed my driveway replaced and sides of the house concreted. They delivered all projects in stages and kept me informed at all times. George's knowledge and experience could be seen in his works as he went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend him for any house renovations and concrete works. Great job. George was responsive and friendly, took the time to explain the steps that needed to be taken due to my own unique situation. Quality of work was good and his advice was accurate. FDSS was easy to work with, responsible and willing to assist with any additional work. They clean up fairly well after themselves and I’m glad I chose them to help with my building works.
