they offer a free 30 min consultation if you have a referral letter from the law institute of victoria, which I had and commented before starting the conversation, however they ignore this and gave me the $220 fee cost for the initial consultation. when I asked them if they were part of the free 30 min consultation program they said they were but if I wanted to get the service maybe in 8 months they would call me... so they get customers offering a service which they are not actually providing. pretty shady initial experience with these people, if they can not provide they should not offer.

A small firm but it sure packs a punch. I enjoyed the most hardworking and professional staff at Oakfair and at reasonable rates. Bibiana's staff were brilliant in managing my case from start to end against a big firm. Many thanks for supporting me in achieving my goals.

Poor service and poor people. I have sent them lots of emails, but they never reply. I called them many times and wanna speak to the lawyer, but they never give me the lawyer’s phone number. Our case has been pending for half a year and could not be solved, while other lawyer firms only take one week to do so. It’s really a waste of time to deal things with them!

I've been to a few lawyers in my life for business, contracts and immigration. We were lucky enough to come across this agency! People who work here (I wont go into individual names) put an extraordinary amount of effort and support, they go an extra mile to get things done and have a great deal of understanding of what they do (plus they help you get a clear idea of the process involved and explain what, why, how and when). Would recommend without a hesitation!
