The course has great content, your team seems to understand the problems with online courses and handles/delivers it well, my only suggestion would be to not send out 7 attachments(14:30)to be handled the afternoon before the course will commence, we don't live at Officeworks and have children, dinner and multiple other responsibilities to perform. Once you get your money send the email! This reason alone dictates me never choosing online again.
