AIG built two houses for us in 2017 and completed on time. Their response is fast enough during defect period. I am happy with them considering their price is very reasonable, plus allowing me to tailor my floorplan with no hidden variations.

Terrible customer service. I have recently bought a house build by AIG, which came with several issues. I have been trying to get them to fix these and my requests have been ignored for the last 4 months.

*Updated review. It is now 14 months since AIG Construction initially damaged our fence during their build next door to us, and after much going back and forth, to their credit they have replaced the entire fence at their cost. Thank you.
