Wish there was a higher rating to give! I was so nervous starting this journey. From anxiety attacks going into the gym, not understanding nutrition, fear of failure.. you name it. Blake was nothing but encouraging, supportive, calm but was my biggest cheerleader even when I had no one else to celebrate the small wins with me! I was terrified that our goal of having me lose 7kg (10% of my body weight) wasn’t achievable in 12 weeks… but it was done. AND I even had Covid in the middle of it all which had me sick and in bed for over a week. My mental health has improved unbelievably and my attitude towards nutrition, the gym and mindfulness has taken a full turn and I can’t believe I’m even saying I love it! Blake, I owe you big time. Changed my whole life.

I have been with Blake from shift coaching for over 2 months and he has done a phenomenal job of helping me reach my goal. He is an excellent Personal trainer who shows and teaches you how to use gym equipment. If there is anyone who is going to the gym for the first time to cut or bulk, I definitely recommend you to join shift coaching.

trying to find a PT that’s good at what they do yet really supportive is hard these days with so many around. i highly recommend blake as the knowledge he has in health and fitness made me feel comfortable around him and i was able to trust him instantly. he was helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing certain exercises. ashleigh is super supportive aswell, giving me nutritional advice and that extra bit of motivation. if you’re not part of the shift fam, what are you doing?

Having Blake coach me through these 12 weeks has changed the trajectory of my year. From little confidence in my self image to concerning eating habits, I felt uninspired and overwhelmed. It was apparent in the first few weeks just how effective coaching can be. Having blake take the stress out of choice around foods and essentially managing the specifics of my fitness journey, it allowed me to focus on my food intake and my exercise. As the weeks went on Blake gradually taught me more and more and at the end of the 12 weeks, left me with the confidence to continue my health and fitness journey on my own. Thank you Blake !!

Couldn’t recommend Blake enough!I started a 12 week program with Blake with the goal to have a better lifestyle. Originally Blake guaranteed to me that he would ensure I could lose 10kg, and honestly at the start I didn’t really believe this.
