Outstanding shopping experience. Store is well staffed and they are all equally patient, helpful and friendly. Like many of the other reviewers, I took home a rug on trial, went back and forth with samples and am very happy with my (reasonably priced) eventual purchase. This brand of personalised service is becomming somewhat of a rarity and it's ventures like M & M Rug Shop which makes me happy to support smaller (and often local) business. Highly recommend.

Love our new rug made from recycled plastic. Staff here are so helpful, being able to take it home on a trial gave me peace of mind just in case it didn’t suit. But ended up being perfect.

The service here is outstanding. You can take a rug home on trial and bring it back if it doesn’t look right. And you can keep doing that until you get it right. Fantastic selection of rugs. David is an expert on rugs and their repair. Highly recommend.

What an amazing rug shop! The service is outstanding - they were incredibly patient and helpful while we looked through their vast array of different rugs. We could even take the rug home to see if it worked on an overnight trial. Thrilled with our purchase - it is simply beautiful, a work of art for the floor.
