Being new to Tassie I had no idea which vet to choose. After ringing several vets (& speaking to an unfriendly receptionist, who told me bluntly our puppy would die if we let anyone touch it) I decided to go with Riverside because the person I spoke to (Hannah) spoke kindly, was very friendly and left me with the feeling this was an easy going place. Its a cozy little vet & I like the personal touch feel. Dr Sue was also a friendly easy going person, gave me lots of information. She didn't make me feel like I was stupid because a few techniques" I was told to do

Right, get ready. Here you are secondary and responsible. If you can't face the responsibility of caring for a life go somewhere else. I had to say goodbye to Tiny and Susan was brilliant hence the rating. Care for your Vet, they have a hard job.
