Glazed lemon blueberry scones a disappointment blueberry pieces ( not whole blueberries) scattered on top side of scone. Two thirds of scone have no blueberries. Don't make blueberry scones if you don't pop blueberries with scone.

I visit most weeks and always receive friendly service.Recomended for bakery items.

I agree with terrible service, I went there today on a lunch break, got the pack of six croissants and Custard Almond swirl, I looked at one plastic pack and I said I think I will take the other one, it seems overcooked, the lady said, you have touched it you have to take, by then I already paid found it very offensive, I said I will return if this is the attitude, first I thought she is joking and due to mask I could not understand so I tried understanding it but it seems she was being rude.1. In my mind thoughts like are they fresh now - so next time ask for fresh ones from cabinet let them work. She has put a doubt that these may not be fresh.2. May be the rude attitude is because of different background.Probably need more customer focused staff who can at least have the courage to ask if you need the fresh or is this alright.Did not get her name otherwise I would have put it here for her manager. This is today at 1:25pm and it was not busy two staff was serving one each. No one else was there and COVID is also not the excuse as we now have very less restriction.

Nice breads. Pricey. Disappointed there are no gluten-free options.

All I can say is AMAZING! There has been new owners that have taken over and the whole shop has turned around. The staff are super friendly and the product tastes 10 times better then before. I regularly shop at Bakers delight and I can honestly say this is the best service and best tasting product I have had!! Well done guys! I will be back!!!

Great staff, quick service and a great product. What more could you ask for as the shopping centre has ample parking. The variety of their bread, rolls and other bread derived products is just great, even with 4 different types of Hot Cross Buns!

I purchased a loaf of bread and 4 large rolls, so I end up with a loaf of bread 2 large rolls and 2 rolls the size of a 2 year old fist. I only discovered this when I got home, I phoned the store and told the guy, Everything is so expensive and there where probably 50 rolls on the rack, do you think the guy would have enough brains to do the right thing? The baker should of thrown them out.

Went there today to purchase hot cross buns and bread noticed there was new owners amazing people feels like the store has come back to life I have been shopping here for the past few years and have never been more happy!

Poor service. Not the first time I've experienced this here. I was ignored and not served multiple times even though I said I was next AND after the team had acknowledged me. I needed a carry bag and asked for one and was told i had to pay 10c for one, this was straight after another customer asked for one after his transaction and was given one and didn't have to pay. Pretty annoying and terrible customer service. I don't eat bread and always buy for other people but there's plenty of other places I'm happy to go to now and I will not be back.

Terrible service, disgraceful, waiting to be served, yet the teenager they had behind the counter didn't even acknowledge I was there, she served two people that walked up after me, and when I questioned her about it she had the audacity to snap back at me, maybe she was still half asleep who knows.Won't be coming back !!!!I walked 30 meters up the Road and found a local Bakery that had better bread and it was HALF THE PRICE !!!!!! Its just past the 7-11.With the cost of living sky rocketingAny locals that want to save a heap of money, go up the road its literally 30 meters away, stop overpaying for bread that comes with a nasty attitude.
