The simplest enquiry becomes the most drawn out elaborate issue. I called Coolum Park, who recommended Coolum Village for CPAP related products. Whoever answered didn’t know what “SIPAP” was and had to involve the pharmacist Rebecca for a simple question: do you stock CPAP cleaning supplies. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Pharmacist very helpful in supplying a prescription that was left at home whilst at Coolum on holidays. However the price charged for a generic brand script ($35) that I can get from Chemist Wharehouse for $16 or Terry White for $22 . After negotiation with the pharmacist he provided a refund of $8.70. This makes a difference for a self funded retiree.

Outstanding Service by all staff at this pharmacy. Highly recommended. there is another Live life pharmacy in Coolum on David Low Way, this is not that one. The Village Pharmacy on Birtwill street is the one you want. Don't confuse them, seems others have. They are outstanding. Helpful, Professional and Super friendly and approachable. Advice on medication is better than your GP probably. Just go here.

What’s terrible experience I had at this pharmacy yesterday. The woman were nothing but RUDE, JUDGEMENTAL and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I never leave reviews but this place required one. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been in- bullies, incompassionate and nasty.

Sam the Pharmacist at Birtwill St Coolum is the Best in town! He is always happy to take my questions, chase up missing scripts and turn everything thrown at his into a positive. I always experience 5 star customer service and expertise from Sam. He is a credit to Live Life and should be commended.
