We found ANJ APPLIANCE REPAIRS very professional, their communication excellent & their business acumen superb.Our experience with Jason, from ANJ APPLIANCE REPAIRS, & his agency liaison officer, Andrea, was extremely positive & a brief overview follows:We contacted ANJ APPLIANCE REPAIRS as our dishwasher had ceased working. Jason (from ANJ APPLIANCE REPAIRS) addressed our call & arranged a time to call by the very next day. Upon inspection, Jason explained the problem & advised a new mother board was required. He also explained that if this was done, there could be additional problems at a later stage due to the age of the dishwasher. Jason said he had a new anko dishwasher in his van that he could install immediately. When I questioned the quality of the anko, Jason advised anko was a huge company & this model dishwasher was a well known & reliable brand with a good warranty. When questioned further on the warranty, Jason advised there was no problem & to contact him at his agency & he will address any problems if we encounter any problems while under warranty.Jason proved to be very punctual, polite, knowledgeable, informative & helpful in addressing all our questions &, as stated above, he was very professional, his communication excellent & ANJ APPLIANCE REPAIRS business acumen was superb.From our experience with this interaction, we are happy to recommend ANJ APPLIANCE REPAIRS.

Fantastic Service! Highly recommended especially if you have an old Washing Machine. With ours they had to find old bits still available to splice with new and existing bits to get it going again. Great Job at a third the cost of a new washing machine and we are doing our bit for the environment by recyclying!!!

We called Jason for our washing machine repair and he came out on the same day. When the machine still faulted after a replacement part, he came back to investigate and resolve, the next day despite being fully booked. Very effecient, good communication. I’ve had ANJ out on a couple occasions. Honest, reliable and fairly priced. One one occasion they suggested on balance not proceeding with the repair because it would be throwing good money after bad. I appreciated the honesty. On another piece of equipment they repaired it within the hour. Service that is hard to come by these days.
