ADVERTISE STOCK THEY DON'T HAVE. I ordered a Hercules triple guitar stand. They sent me a double stand. I then had to waste an hour traveling to and from and waiting at Aus Post to send their mistake back! They didn't even offer a courier to save me inconvenience. I sent the stand back, only to be told they don't stock the one I ordered, it will be in early next week. They knew they didn't have it in stock when I placed my order and just sent me a lesser item. Hoping I wouldn't notice? Surely not...It has been a month now and I'm sick of having to chase them, they don't follow up at all. I know it is one item and the sale means nothing to them, but I could have shopped anywhere and was lured by the big shiny website. Silly me.I just requested a refund. Based on the service to date I expect I'll have to lodge a Paypal dispute to get my money back. VERY POOR IMPRESSION FROM A FIRST TIME BUYER. PITY YOU CAN'T LEAVE ZERO STARS, THEY TOOK MY MONEY, WASTED MY TIME AND I DON'T HAVE AN ITEM. I WON'T BE SHOPPING FROM HERE AGAIN. ONE WORD REVIEW - AVOID!

Stay away from these guys, They sold me a second hand product, they told me they have stock coming I two weeks. I sent back the second hand mixer and I am still waiting almost 2 months later. I’m glad I paid with PayPal, they want me to cancel the case before they send the product. Very unprofessional

Staff were very accommodating, helpful and patient. I've bought a BOSS compression pedal and it was well worth my money. Mega Music never disappoints, they have quality products and astounding customer service. Will definitely return when I'm in need of more products.

My go to place when I want to take a look around in a physical store. A bit cramped in the electric guitar sections but somewhat arranged in some way. They are fixing the Myaree store due to someone ramming the back so might still be a bit chaotic but the staff try very hard. They assist when needed and leave you alone to browse. The only thing that I don't like about MegaMusic is their website. The filters do not work - filter by price and type and in stock and still displays the whole stock. Just a pain to browse unless you have something specific in mind. Not that other stores' websites are any better though but at least the filtering works in those sites.

I recently purchased a guitar from mega music and I can't get over just how well i was looked after. I had a fair idea of what I was looking for and the gentleman (the luthier) that served me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He set up the action on a few guitars to my liking and also bought me a few guitarsto try out. He introduced hself when i forst got there but i forgot his name, I really wish I had asked his name again as his customer service was outstanding. I am the proud owner of a bonnie pink PRS!!
