experience and knowledge in one place? Defiantly at platform Nowra. I haven't felt more comfortable in a gym before. This place provides such a strong and unique atmosphere. Pretty much like my second home. Goals are smashed and continued to be smashed here. The place for results.

Platform.. the best gym on the south coast.Well informed staff and very knowledgeable about every product they have.The people that attend the gym are the best of the best. It’s a real community and family.Although the price to attend the gym 24hrs is a little high I am yet to find somewhere that provides this type of atmosphere and support.

Been going to platform for about 3 weeks now, and it is by far the best gym in Nowra, the equipment is all high quality and clean, but the very best part of platform is the atmosphere inside the gym everyone is so kinda and willing to give advice on techniques and how to push yourself for the greatest gains. :)

There's nothing quite like PLATFORMI've never trained in a gym with such an inclusive and family oriented atmosphere. Everyone here is training to better themselves and every other member around them.Incredibly knowledgeable owner keeps all the best new Supplements in stock IN STORE. Now that's convenience.The best place to train on the South Coast.

Platform Nowra...... it's a gym, a place for most of your supplement needs. But realistically what makes this place so special you ask.Well Ladies & Gents. Platform Nowra owner isn't your typical grab your money and run kinda guy. I walked in without any idea of what I wanted or needed. Cam dropped what he was doing; I was there for a good 15minutes of him asking questions what type of training do you do" "how often do you train" what's your diet" etc etc.... this should be everyone's number 1 shop on the South Coast. He describes everything each product in high detail that makes sense. Not many stores go out of their way for you.If your considering taking your first steps and don't know what you want to use or need some info. Hit up this guy cause hands down has to be one of the best.5 Stars isn't enough for this store keep it up mate"

Always got a the best supps and always got the best advice. The only gym I’ve ever been to where they actually care for the customer and not just pretend to take you money!Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but here

Honestly the best gym ive been to out of many. Very knowledgeable staff who care about their costumers and will go above and beyond to make sure costumers are satisfied.
