Great convenience for your storage needs, prices are reasonable and the staff are very courteous and friendly. Just off Rockingham road it's very quickly accessible and a great place to keep your storage safe and secure.

1.Extremely unprofessional customer service. one aggressive lady staff there tried to picked up argument with customer with too much personal emotion and attitude instead of thinking she was talking to a customer, no respect at all. Literally not willing to help when issues came up. So be careful with this.2. if you have sedan cars, the chassis will get scratched at exit because there is a steep slope with a very sharp angle on the highest spot.3. They never sent messages upon deliveries, which was against what they said before signing up contract: we will text or call you when your deliveries arrive.Conclusion: lazy, aggressive, irresponsible, unprofessional.

Good storage units with friendly staff / management. Only suggestion would be to install lights in the storage units.
