Horrible customer serviceI spent $780 to get some skin needling done. I had a reaction to the treatment and couldn’t have it done. They then refused to refund me money and said I had to use it as a credit. I didn’t want a credit as I didn’t want to have to spend my money on random services. I was told the credit would never expire and now they are saying they never said this. I was told my complaint would be escalated and I could speak to someone else by Swaran. Now they’re denying they said that. They have just taken $780 and I have received zero service. Horrible customer service when I try to speak to them. Especially staff member named Jules/ Juliana. Extremely rude and dismissive.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment due to the aggressive and unprofessional behavior of the manager. While the workers themselves were friendly and helpful, the manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. They were confrontational and even raised their voice at me when I had a question. It's clear that the workers are doing their best to provide good service, but the manager's behavior undermines their efforts. I would urge the management to address this issue and provide training on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Until then, I cannot recommend this place.

Booked an appointment online and to start my experience wasn’t great. No confirmation email or whatever so I messaged them to ask if it was confirm, the answer was kinda rude (no hello, thank you, goodbye), just a sentence saying I was confirmed. I’m now facing the clinic at the time of my appointment and it’s closed. Lol. Should have read the comments before booking. At least I didn’t pay for anything yet.

I had my laser hair removal done here today. I must say that ruby was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I read the bad comments previously but I decided to give it a chance. Tried to call the clinic noone picked up the phone.I went to the clinic to ask for appointment,there was noone at the reception.I was waiting for 40 minutes, once an Asian looking woman came out,smiled at me and then disappeared. I am very upset with their customer service would not recommend it to anyone.

I had the worst experience at this establishment. Not only was the result terrible, but the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they couldn't be bothered to assist me with my needs. On top of that, I felt like I was being taken advantage asking for more sessions after 10 of them. I tried to speak with the manager about my concerns, but they were just as dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This establishment needs a new admin.

100% professional. Great packages if you want 6 plus sessions. CLean, hygienic, online bookings available. They text to remind you. I have never had to wait past my time.

I had worst experience ever. I went there 3 times as I gave them chances but it was a biggest mistake I have ever made. I will never come back there again ever. The first time I was there for my needling the chinese lady did it well that was why I went back ther for my hair laser removal as I have done it more than 4 years and I know it so well how it works. I even know the number of my own setting. the lady that did it for me on friday she pushing sell so much and the result was so disappointed. However the last time I went i was explained to her that my result last time was not good but she kinda ignore my word. anyway I kept my eyes on the setting cus i was wonder why the result last time wasnt good as my hair was not falling and it wasnt even feel anything. And guess what! I saw that my setting has been decrease from 10 to 5. it is very disappointed that they wants customers to come back faster then they can earn more money. That is so wrong!
