Great to deal with and communication was excellent in resolving a scheduling issue. Website needs to remove option for electronic payment for next day delivery if council permit required as this process takes 24-48 hours. I needed a refund because of this and Matt was very helpful in sorting this out.

Best price around quick delivery no fuss and one of the only places to include 1t limit before charge instead of 500kg.highly recommended and will definitely use again.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Absolute worst communication, no accountability for mistakes and rude staff.My husband called up requesting a skip bin. They advised they will deliver it and call half an hour before delivering. We also requested an invoice. They never called half an hour beforehand and did not provide an invoice until a week later after calling them several times to request this which is something so simple.We called up advising that we had filled the skip bin and if they wanted, they could pick it up on Thursday instead of Friday if it suited them. They said it did suit them and said they would come on Thursday. They never showed up. They originally were supposed to come on Friday at the latest, so we organised a truck to come on Saturday to pick up a few heavy items. Newcastle Skip Hire did not pick up the skip bin on Friday and never called. We ended up calling them at 6pm that night and the lady said “Uh Oh” before advising us that all their drivers had gone home and that was that. We advised we needed the space for the truck to get through on Saturday and the lady on the phone said it was just too bad and that the truck would have to park further down and that they will come on Monday first thing. They ended up coming on Monday very late in the afternoon after calling them several times asking what time they were coming.Completely rude and unacceptable behaviour.
