Fantastic company to work with. Called with a problem with my fridge and hey were out the next day, on time and got it sorted. Then they cleaned our split system aircon and now that is as good as new. I already recommend them to my friends and happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality professional job.

Having been let down by the original service company I contacted All Electrical. One of my best decisions. From walking into the office asking for help through to the installation of 5 split system air conditioners the service has been exceptional. Mitchell attended initially and was there on the day for the installation. Very knowledgeable and just such a down to earth person to deal with. From the office, my dealings have been with Jan who kept me informed of the progress of our order. On the day all of the staff in attendance were very polite and friendly. That means a lot when you have strangers in the house. Even down to one of the guys asking for permission to fill his water bottle. Having ditched the ducted system and opted for split systems we sit back now in the comfort of our home with systems that are exceptionally energy efficient. A great company with great people.

Manuel repaired our washing machine. It was great to have such a professional happy tradesman carry out this work. Highly recommended.

I had a washing machine break down under warranty . Had to wait 2 weeks just to get it looked at despite me stating I was disabled aged pensioner , no allowance for fact I’m new to town and no help . Then I had another 3 week wait for parts and when I called was told could not get anyone till end of February. I reported this on 18th January, so a total of 7 weeks without a washing machine . The manufacturer tried on several occasions to fast track but no avail . Actually the receptionist was rude and arrogant to not just me , but to them as well . Finally Fisher and Paykel agreed on a refund as the service was so bad and arranged a new machine thru Harvey Norman . It was delivered within 2 days and they took my old machine away which was in bits in my laundry. Worst experience I have had from a company

Would not recommend. I cannot use my washing machine after their vist. They jammed the liquid dispenser and it cannot be opened so I can put in the liquid. This was not the issue that we’re called out for. When I called to get it rectified (3calls) they were not interested at all and said it was very strange. They had no intention to return so I could use my machine again. I could at least use the machine before they came. So now monsoon rains have just been washing has built up and I have no way to wash my work cloths. Hand washing will not suffice.

No negatives here. The lady in the office was pleasant and very helpful, fitting in our repair at the earliest opportunity. The repairmen were prompt and also did a fantastic job. Would thoroughly recommend.

I made a booking for a service to drier and waited until they were going to have free time to attend to the service. I was happy with that. I was sold on the fact that they already had the part in stock. They arrived promptly and removed the drier back to their workshop where it has remained for now 10 days. I have rung twice to see what the hold up is. The first time the tech was on a big job and it was next on his list. The second time I rang the tech was on a big job and my drier was now in pieces to be cleaned. If they weren't ready to work on it then they should have left it connected in my home and not leave it sitting around their workshop. In the past I have used this company and they have been first rate - but this experience has left me wondering.
