Keiron at CKS Projects was wonderful. Building can be a stressful time but Keiron took all the stress out of it. He showed up on-time, when he said he was going to. He kept us informed of timelines during the building process. The tradies he used were very polite and easy to deal with. He kept the building site meticulously clean and above all he was open to our suggestions, and if they didn't work, he gave us alternatives. My wife and I would have no hestiation recommended him.

Best of all, the end result is a reflection of the quality of trades and materials that Keiron uses. The structural work, generous solid staircase, carefully laid flooring, bespoke windows and immaculate paint work are a testament to Keiron’s high standards. CKS Projects recently completed a major home renovation for us. The project was extensive and challenging as it included gutting the original 1970s house, demolishing most of the internal walls and reconfiguring the floor plan to suit our needs. We made changes as the job progressed and Keiron worked with us and the architect with positivity at all times. Keiron and his team were professional, great to work with and the quality of their work top shelf. Very happy with the result. I would recommend CKS without hesitation.

In 2016 my partner and I built our first home with Keiron from CKS projects. The professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal. Our build was a tricky one due to the land slip. Keiron worked with an engineer and architect to create a house that would withstand the conditions of the block and street. The end result was so amazing we would have people constantly asking us who built our home. Keiron worked closely with us the whole time, and willingly discussed any variations that needed to be done with a kind and relaxed energy. His whole team of tradesman were also professional and easy to work with, and have the same attention to detail that Keiron requires with his projects.
