We came through drive thru late on Friday night just gone (5th May, probably around 9:00pm) and received the most wonderful service from the girl working the drive thru. I didn’t get her name but wanted her to know how wonderful she is! As an ex fast food worker myself I know what a difficult and thankless job it can be, so a big shout out to that lovely lady :)

Bought two compos, spices chicken was too salty, but no spoces at all, no flavour and coleslaw had no taste. Burger had two tiny pieces of chicken on two sides just for showing and salty as well. At least they exchangd a box of 3 of chicken not as salty as the spices ones but dry. I wont come back to Red rooster again.

Last 2 orders of a whole chicken have found the chicken undercooked which is dangerous. Won’t be heading back anytime soon.

I love Red Rooster. The customer service is very friendly. The food is always great. The only negative is the store looks very tired and poorly maintained. Heaps of car parking.

Bought dinner here but had to return as the chicken was so dry like it had been sitting there all day when I took it back he tried telling me it was not sold like that, I said I was in the club he replaced one meal even though I had bought 2, I even showed him what time I bought the meals with my bank app......would not recommend this Red Rooster outlet.....the link I was sent by the owner does not work

I took six pieces frid chicken here. Staffs are friendly and I dont have any negative impression from them. However, chicken was so dry. I liked the crispy skin on the outside, but the flesh inside was so dry that I had to chew through it.
