Avoid this maccas at all costs.Waited over 15 minuets in drive through waiting bay for one burger, staff member went home and then another cleared it off their system.Came into the store and waited another 8 minuets to even been acknowledged and spoken to by a staff member. No apology, had to explain to them how my food would obviously be cold and they needed to remake the whole order.Instead they remake half and then make a fuss about remaking my chips. The staff member then tried to tell the manager she already gave me my chips which was an obvious lie.

Manager is an incompetent rude and arrogant man child.The girls on the front counter were helpful and polite, thankfully as their boss had no interest in customer service.We ordered $82 of food on Uber eats and received less than half of our order. The manager on the phone told me “too bad. Nothing I can do”I asked if he had proof that they had actually supplied the delivery driver with our entire order and he laughed and hung up on me.When I attended the store to correct our order he stood at the desk laughing at my face and making rude comments about me.Appreciate the girls fixing the issue without any complaints or rudeness. However the manager of this store is beyond incapable of any form of social skills or manners. I feel bad for the stag who work below this rude human.

I had to use the Men's room and to my horror the smell almost knocked me out of the door. When I got into the area, the place was disgusting, rubbish on the floor and in the urinal, really not satisfactory for a food place. This area should be checked on a 15 min basis and kept to the highest level of cleanliness for health reasons.Management needs a shake up to let this get out of hand.

Drive thru was horrible tonight. Spent 40 minutes total, the line was moving that slow and there weren't that many cars. I've never been in a drive thru that moved so slowly in my life.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. This is a dreadful McDonalds that I would recommend avoiding at all costs. The staff are unprofessional and incompetent. I paid $83 for cold food. Half the food sat on the cold counter whilst the staff realised they. Had not cooked chips - we needed 7 serves. Once the chips were cooked and in the bags going cold, the staff realised they had not made the 7 drinks so we waited some more. When I asked the shift manager if this was acceptable- he thought it was - no apology at all. Then to add insult to injury we were missing a Big Mac and got no sauces for the nuggets. I rung - spoke to the manager again who offered a refund - said yes and that I would be back for the Big Mac. I got a cold Big Mac, staff laughed at me and after 19 minutes the manager who had to think for 5 minutes as to what his name might be - Dave - then told me he had no authority to even offer a refund- do yourself a favour and drive away from this store and try another- surely others cant be as bad/ unprofessional/rude.

if you go to this maccas, pull over and check everything is there after the drive through because i guarantee it is not. they forget and/or mess up EVERYTHING. today they gave me the wrong drink; a coke. when i said i had a sprite no sugar they came back with what i thought was sprite. i got home to realise it was mf soda water. they also gave me a double cheeseburger instead of a mcchicken, and didn’t give me either of the sauces i asked for. to top it off, the food i did actually get was room temperature at best. this is only one of multiple similar experiences.

Workers are absolutely incompetent and slow. Took them an hour to even consider making my order and always manage to leave something out. I personally think the best course of action is to close down that location.

Called in for coffee about 8am on GOOD FRIDAY. customer service was rubbish NO PLEASE OR THANKYOU the person on the counter showed NO INTEREST in serving us Rubbish on the floor in the lobby and it looked like the floor needed a good scrub. The coffee was not good hardly any taste. They need to lift there game also it was not busy when we went in as we were the only ones in there so there is no excuses . If this is a company owned store or franchise they need to lift there game. Deffinately won't be going back. I only gave 1star as I could not give a ZERO

Was waiting 10mins in drive through, no response to me or the other car, went inside to find a single kid working on his own. Still no service, ended just leaving.
