DO NOT RENT THROUGH “MY PROPERTY SHOP”! IF YOU ALREADY HAVE, DON’T AGREE FOR YOUR BOND REFUND TO GO TO THEM FIRST AND THEN THEY REFUND DIRECTLY TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. GO THROUGH THE RTA AND DISPUTE ANY MISLEADING CLAIMS.The staff here could be characters in the movie Mean Girls. Abysmal how they treat people. Patronising, intimidating, unprofessional, arrogant, deceitful and unnecessarily rude.They say they work for the owners. If that was true they would treat good tenants that look after homes with respect. Read all the one star reviews and it’s exactly how they treated my elderly mother. I’m not sure how they sleep at night.Tracey, Taylor, Narelle - maybe you all should look for new careers that do not involve dealing with the public and with people / families’ livelihood. Everyone deserves to feel secure, happy and stress free in their home whether they own or rent it.

My friend rented through these people and they have done nothing but lie and screw all of their tenants over. Only for the owner. Never the people actually living in the houses

We have been clients for a number of years, and we cannot speak highly enough of Tracey & her team. All requests have been answered within a proper time frame, and followup calls are prompt. When compared to how we see other property agencies managing rentals in the Redcliffe peninsula, My Property Shop are definitely a step above the rest.

Fiona managers a property I have and I have nothing but praise for both her and her team. There was a problem and not only did it get taken care of but plan b was there incase. I was kept up to date with very regular emails as well.

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. The whole crew are extremely fair and professional. I would definitely rent through them again.

If I could leave a no star rating, I would!!!Horrible horrible experience, don't do anything for the tenants, very minimal maintenance done on property and none completed in the last year, even though there is a list that needs to be done. The time that we have been here, not one pest inspection completed. They don't property manage at all, they just take the money!!!!

STAY AWAY. There are so many better real estates to rent through on the peninsula. Stay away from my property shop. Rude and unprofessional staff. No respect for the tenants and they use shady tactics to get out of fixing and maintaining properties and breaches. In the words of their staff I work for the owner

They are incompetent, rude, abusive and greedy. They will evict you without needing a reason and never follow the RTA laws or procedures.They don't follow any sort of procedure from the RTA. Never inform us of when they are going to turn up or state that is is the final notice without giving us a first notice. Increase the rent by $100 without the proper notice. Lie about what the landlord has said, despite us still talking to the landlord.I would never recommend any of them for what ever they say they do. And honestly should have called the police the first time they came around.

Horrible experience. Never again. As a tenant, treated very badly. Had to break lease to get out of a poorly maintained property. Took advantage of a single mum that was worried about current rental crisis. Not worth the star, but had to give review to warn others. Be very careful, they are shoddy pieces of work.

Fiona Furletti is unprofessional. She asked for information either not required or already in the application. Within a couple of hours after doing everything she asked, the house was filled. All we wanted was to inspect the place but feel she has wasted our time - we too are very busy people as you can imagine and we don't apply for rentals often, only when we feel it is a good fit.
